There’s something very special about nature and the energy from being around trees, well at least for me. When life gives you more than you feel you can handle, you may want to try hugging a tree.

I have found in my experiences that challenges many times arise because we spend too much time thinking about what we don’t want. Thoughts become things as the universe teaches us. So, spend more time thinking about what you DO want!
