Vicki Grove, Founder & CEO
With over 25 years serving clients and individuals, Ms. Grove has a solid reputation for inspiring transformation and delivering quality results. Her background includes a mix of executive leadership, operational management, 1:1 coaching, training facilitation, business development, strategic planning, project leadership, employee engagement and communication strategies.
Prior to establishing Grove Strategies, Ms. Grove served as Chief Operating and Marketing Officer for DuffyGroup, Inc. She joined Duffy in 2005 after 22 years in employee communications and branding organizations that included over 15 years as Senior Vice President and Southwest Regional Manager for Bernard Hodes Group where she was responsible for 6 offices, 40+ employees and over $20 million in billings. Before joining Hodes, Ms. Grove worked for 6 years at JWT Specialized Communications progressing to Branch Manager. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
Ms. Grove’s passion and commitment to making a difference for individuals, teams and organizations is her trademark. She has successfully coached over 50 professionals and worked as a consultant partner with many of the Phoenix area top employers including Catholic Healthcare West, ASML, Republic Services, Goodwill of Central Arizona, St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance, Honeywell, American Express, Avnet, Insight and many more.
Ms. Grove is a current member of, and past Board Member for, the Arizona Human Resource Executive Forum (AzHREF) and the Valley of the Sun Human Resources Association. She is currently a member of the Steering Committee for the Phoenix area’s Diversity Leadership Alliance and is Chair for their Executive Forum group. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Planning Society (HRPS).
